Registration Issue Empty Registration Issue

I finally made the server work but now when i try to log in it sais that the information it's not correct ...i tried a couple of accounts and the same problem ....and when i try to make an another account i complete all the requierment information but nothing happens ..i can't register ..please can someone help me ?
