Help,server problem!

I have read other topics about the connection of the server that it says "Failed to connect to server".I have the same problem but i downloaded the server and it worked for 3 minutes,but it kicked me.I would need some help to know "EXACTLY" how to resolve the problem,or if it can ever be resolved somehow.And one more thing:Which one should be used:mc.exe or Metin2.exe.

P.S:Sorry about my english,I'm romanian.

u start trough the ugly sura head and the kickproblem cannot be resolved (for now)
