in some countries regists don't work. in romenia is free regists, in portugal we have to pay a survey to get account...

1- Server is off by a normal "down".
2- it will be on as soon as possible (AMD is with some personal problems and he can't put server on right now)
3- i don't have any information about that but i think there is any change in the game.

like reset or something
