These are not made by me,but i can explain you how to install them on your client:
(And FreezeL i have my own costum client and i play every server with it so shut up):

Unzip them than you put them in locale/honkong/effect(unzip and replace the existing files(gm.mse and ymirred.tga just!!) with the new ones).Im going to try it but i never see a GM on... so hope you like it ,i tried on a german client and it works well as the dancing blacksmith.I have lots of suggestions for the server,like inserting the +9 stones,having the whole client translated to english(its possible,i have 95% of missions translated),making a cool launcher,with an auto-patcher,other effects of leveling(photo:right click and then view image to see the whole image
) and lots of other cool stuff.
