Horse lvl 11 to lvl 21! Empty Horse lvl 11 to lvl 21!

Hello,

When the server open,all players had 11 lvl horse.
Now the horses when you start is lvl 21 but I Have lvl 11 in my main char.
Please Mr. SynC make the horses 11 lvl again or give me 21 lvl too...

Ourives should make an NPC that gives lvl 21 horse its easy to make one!
