Desconnect........ help for administrator.

"F*ck" this... Excuse the language, but it is hard to play metin.
Soon give up the server.

When I log and pick the character takes a lot to come. When I'm playing, the game goes down constantly. When I go to a portal then the game freezes or takes a long time. I have to disconnect and reconnect. But only happens between 4 pm and 22 at night. More or less, between these hours.
After that time may go off, but it is normal for online games.
Just hours after that I can play normally.
But I have excellent connection with a speed of 54/48Mbps.
Why is the game turns off?

Please liked to get a response. Administrator to resolve the problem me or tell me how to do it.

i went to the valley and i got disconnetcted like ten times in 10 minutes less the time that I spend re entering the game...-.-

If u are why is this server so laggy??? Legend wasnt.....

I'm stuck at lv81, just cannot level up when I get disconnected every 2 minutes. It's hard to level even without technical problems, but so...

If you see well... Mercia is the BEST private server in world... we have more players than you can ever dream... more than 10000.

So don't think this lag comes from your internet... this is because of the overload of server. we need more CHs, but no one helps with donnations and we can't do it alone.

The Sever ist just unplayable at normals times only deep at night or early morning you can go to level.
The support is just horrible and the server has NEVER 10000 active players.
by the way i dont think that the best server of the world have more than 15 hour's downtime (:

sure i want to play on the server but 18 hour downtime isnt very well
problems with the server or what happen?

well... after i became GM we (me and GA) decided to give an event to everyone, BUT the event was 1 wrong thing.... in metins lvl100 was a drop that gives acritical BUG.
was a chest, we told everyone to don't open the chest or Server will be down and reseted... but no one listen and someone open the chest.

Now the server is reseted and open nearly midnight.

Lol so u reset the server without saying anything . u could at least warn us

the server is OFF and its not midnight anymore

and sorry but u will not even have 1k players anymore ^^
after so many serverdowns, ServerReset Event and hacked admin account

some of us will change to another server

If people are lazzy and only want to play that is not the GM or the GA problem....
Some people dont give a dam for the forum discutions and if something wrong happens and they cant play they dont even want to now whats the problem they just change servers....
