reset scroll for skill!! Empty reset scroll for skill!!

Gm you must add reset scroll for skill because this is the most important thing.....and you must fix some items because much items is buged..like brs shield is for 41 lvl but in but he writes lvl 81 and 170 ac have ... and when you put anything you do not raise....plz fix this!!
