Download problems Empty Download problems

Why i can't download only launcher? I got finally us client , normal one so i dont need to download it again. i downloaded weapons pack, un-packed it to metin2 folder... trying to download launcher... -click click click 100x times- ... nothing. it just reloads page. What the hell? confused
